Peppers have as many uses as there are types – fresh as a snack, in salad or on sandwiches, cooked in soups, stews and stir fries or preserved in dried form or canned. Sow indoors .-1/2 inch (0.5-1 cm) well ahead of last frost in mid-sized pots. Do not transplant outdoors until evening temperatures are above 10-12 oC and they have been acclimatized or they will shock. Separate plants by about 1 foot (24 cm).
Tiny thin hot peppers (1-2 inches, 2-5 cm) that can be eaten green or red and grow on compact bushes. Easy to dry for later use whole or ground or may be pickled.
