Description

The seed heads on their stalks may be used for decoration post harvesting or threshed to release their kernels for use in cooking and baking. This fast growing cereal is reasonably cold tolerant. Direct sow about 1 inch (2 cm) deep in rows 8 – 12 inches (20-30 cm) apart.
