This tall, celery flavoured herb can be used anywhere where you might use celery – young leaves in salads and older
leaves cooked in soups, stews or stir fry’s. Also called soup celery, it comes back each year and has a tall flower (ca 5-6 feet or
about 1 . – 2 m) with seeds that birds love that can be used on bread alongside dill, sesame and poppy seeds. Direct sow .
